ITINERARY
The Panama City Layover Tour is a carefully curated 5 to 6-hour guided experience designed for travelers with limited time. Your guide will meet you at the Airport approximately 45 minutes after landing to begin your adventure.
🚢 First stop: the world-famous Panama Canal Visitors Center at Miraflores Locks, where—depending on the schedule—you may witness massive ships making their iconic transit. 🎟️ Entrance is $17.22 for adults and $7.22 for children (ages 6–12). We recommend bringing cash or a credit card for payment.
🌄 Next, enjoy a scenic drive through Cerro Ancón, a historic area once part of the U.S. Canal Zone, followed by a cruise along the picturesque Amador Causeway. Take in panoramic views of the Panama City skyline, stop for photos at the vibrant PANAMA sign, and admire the striking architecture of the Biomuseo, designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry.
🏛️ Then step back in time with a walk through Casco Antiguo, Panama’s charming Old Town and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its colonial buildings, local culture, and indigenous arts and crafts.
